Release
A deep tissue massage designed for athletes and active lifestyles
For athletes, cyclists, or anyone who prefers a firmer massage, Release is a 60-minute bodywork session (£65 per person) that eases muscle tension and supports recovery. Using specialist techniques including Myofascial Release, Thai Massage, Deep Tissue, and Trigger Therapy, this treatment is designed to relieve aches, improve mobility, and complement any training programme.

Serendipity – Couples Massage
A romantic candlelit massage experience for two
Share a truly relaxing experience with Serendipity, a bespoke 45-minute candlelit massage designed and delivered by Harley Street–trained practitioner Kate Smith. Perfect for couples or friends, this treatment is available for 2 or 4 guests at £55 per person.
